It usually goes like this: you reach out via the form or email, I reply within 1–2 business days to schedule a 30-minute discovery call. On that call we explore your challenge, goals, timeline, and whether my work is the right fit. If it is, I'll put together a tailored proposal. There's no pressure — the discovery call is free and carries zero obligation.

Yes — I speak regularly at conferences, executive offsites, and corporate events. My signature topics include change management using the Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM), AI adoption and governance for senior leaders, executive sponsorship for large-scale transformations, and building a change-ready culture. Lead time of 4–6 weeks is ideal for keynotes; I occasionally accommodate shorter timelines for virtual sessions.
